Immediate parking issues!!! You'll likely find the room sizes too tight!!! The noise from the pub can be quite bothersome!!! The bathroom layout lacks convenience!!!

We loved comfortable beds.

Lovely old and friendly place, I loved amiable personnel.

Overall it was a decent size and compact in well located bed & breakfast.

The freshly cooked breakfast was enjoyable and provided a good start to the day.

The staircase to access the rooms was quite tight, which could be challenging for those with mobility issues.

The staff were warm and cute. My room was tidy, comfortable, and well-equipped with tea and coffee, and the breakfast was delicious-a hearty start to my day.

Upon my arrival, I found a cheerful atmosphere and a wonderfully accommodating owner. The room was clean, and the shower was excellent! Breakfast was freshly cooked and just right. Conveniently located for exploring, with a lovely pub vibe below (though it can get loud). Definitely a worthwhile stay!

The location was magnificent, just a short walk away from Royal Border Bridge. Besides, it was not far from railway station and town centre, a pub and the town centre. Booked twin room, that included an electric kettle, central heating and a TV. It was compact and easy to move around, private bathroom.

The location is fantastic, allowing easy access to the town's attractions, and the staff were genuinely accommodating. Our room was comfortable, but the washbasin being in the bedroom was a bit inconvenient. A good experience that I'd recommend to others.

I stayed in a double room and it was nice and clean, lots of natural light, and the double bed was super comfy. They even had tea and biscuits in the room, a lovely touch. A bit cramped though, especially with the wash hand basin being in the bedroom. The shower was fabulous, but sometimes the water temperature was a bit off. Enjoyed the breakfasts too, especially the freshly cooked options, a great start to the day.

The beds were super comfy for our group. We had access to everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We loved the breakfast, and the bar downstairs was perfect for winding down after a day exploring the fine coast and nearby historic sites. Definitely a solid choice for anyone looking to enjoy the area.

We did have a bit of trouble with parking since the nearby machine was out of order.

It was just a top selection for a walk in the evening in Berwick Upon Tweed with good value. I really enjoyed the delicious chilli and chips served in a large Yorkshire pudding-a nice treat! Make sure to check the opening times as they vary seasonally.
